Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions to complex applied problems in healthcare data
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in machine learning and integrate them into technology
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to enhance the technology stack
  • Contribute to the culture and growth of the organization
  • Generate real-world evidence using data from Electronic Health / Medical Records

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with common machine learning frameworks and libraries
  • Proven ability to apply machine learning models to large, complex datasets
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in biostatistics, econometrics, machine learning, or a related field
  • Experience generating real-world evidence from electronic medical record (EMR) data
  • Familiarity with machine learning-based entity resolution, especially in healthcare
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and / or Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Previous experience in a startup environment
