The Sales Manager role is instrumental to our store’s day-to-day operations, responsible for customer retention and profitability of the sales department. We want a candidate that is an expert in solving problems quickly and efficiently.
As a Sales Manager, you’re highly skilled at hiring, motivating, and training. Not only are you responsible for driving our team towards success you’re also the person who guides them there.

Responsibilities :
Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participationMaintain profitability of your teamsManage all showroom activitiesHire, motivate, and monitor the performance of New & Used team, Internet Sales teamConduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetingsCoach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performanceEnsure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM systemEstablish delivery proceduresEnsure delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointmentForecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basisQualifications :
Automotive sales management experience is requiredHigh ethical standards and strong attention to detailsExcellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skillsComputer proficient, a good work ethic and professional appearanceAble to prioritize tasks and have good time management skillsValid driver’s licenseTerms
