Urgently Hiring  10 Member Service Reps  with a Health Plan!  MUST BE Bilingual in one of the languages to qualify :

Languages accepted : Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean

States Accepted : CA, NV, AZ, TX, NM

Must have :

• Bilingual in one of the above languages
• Sit in one of the above States
• at least 1 year of call center
• at least 1 year of healthcare experience
• healthplan exp preferred

REMOTE, equipment provided

Pay :  $21 / HR

M-F  with rotating weekend shifts (Shift ranges 6am-8pm- 8hrs in between)

Description

Serves members by being an advocate and point of contact for member questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, claims and any other aspects of plan benefits and services. Ensures member satisfaction by providing superior customer service and willingness to help at all times while maintaining a professional demeanor.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
