Job Description

Supporting the APMs, PEs, and other project managers as needed

Project planning from precon to completion on ground up projects and occupied spaces

Master schedule creation and ensuring deadlines are met

Lead weekly OAC meetings along with Supers or Project Executives

Review and approve change orders, RFIs

Review documentation from PEs and APMs

Client and architecture communication

The Successful Applicant

6-8 years of experience in project management preferably with a general contractor

Experience with projects $15M+

Experience running ground up projects on time and within budget

Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project

Experience in healthcare preferred or commercial, manufacturing, pharma, and higher ed

Bachelors degree in construction management or similar

Highly desired but not required :

Preconstruction experience

Estimating experience

Experience with occupied spaces

Scheduling experience
