Become a key member of the Save More Marketplace team as a Maintenance Associate! Since 1959, we have been dedicated to providing our community with high-quality grocery products and exceptional service. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall functionality of our store facilities. Your work will ensure a safe and inviting shopping environment for our customers and staff. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on store facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the store, including parking lots, entrances, and restrooms.
  • Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
  • Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and management.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
