Sr Marketing Automation Analyst

We're looking for a Sr Marketing Automation Analyst to implement technical strategy, execute, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across the full customer journey. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation architecture, data orchestration, and the ability to turn behavioral insights into scalable, personalized experiences across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. You will support the execution of marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push Notification channels. You will be responsible for deploying and maintaining marketing journeys that engage customers throughout their lifecyclefrom acquisition to retention. Your expertise in implementing marketing automation strategy through cross channel Journeys, particularly with ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), will make you a key stakeholder in product launches and overall marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing a robust testing agenda to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

Lifecycle Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across the user journey, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back programs
• Build and manage multi-channel marketing automations (email, SMS, push, in-app, and site messaging) using event-triggered and real-time logic in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to launch lifecycle programs that support new features and product adoption

About You

Work Location : San Francisco

The above locations are eligible offices for this role. The locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this role's team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model, and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In-person attendance is essential for this role's success, and remote placement will not be considered. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Time Zone Requirements : Primarily PT

While the position will primarily work local hours, LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.

Travel Requirements : As needed travel to LendingClub offices and / or other locations, as needed.

Compensation : The target base salary range for this position is 88,000-100,000. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge, experience, education, skills, and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClub's Total Rewards package. You may also be eligible for an annual bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings).
