Manager Of Life & Health Insurance - Must Be Licensed - Fort Worth

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Manage a team handling frontline insurance operations across multiple product lines including life, variable, LTC, and disability.

Case Management Oversight : Ensure all cases submitted via Salesforce are processed efficiently and within SLA timelines.

Advisor Support : Partner with advisors to ensure accurate case entry and documentation, maintaining compliance with books and records standards.

Escalation Handling : Resolve complex issues and escalations, particularly those involving challenging insurance carrier interactions.

Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in workflows, documentation accuracy, and advisor experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless case progression and resolution.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors in Finance a plus

Must have LIFE and Health Insurance license

5 + years of insurance experience

2-3 years of management experience

Frontline Management Experience
