SHIFT / HOURS : 12-day shifts, 36 hours per week

WEEKENDS : Rotating

ON-CALL : Not required

BILLING CYCLE : Weekly

NOTICE : Cancellation Clause : 7 days (Pre-Start) & 30 days for Travel and 7 days for Local clinicians
