Family Medicine Opportunity-Sanford Health Windom and Mountain Lake, MN

Sanford Clinic Windom, MN is seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine Physician.

OB is optional

Good variety in practice from adult chronic medical conditions to young couples starting families

Nights & weekends supported by telehospitalists

Phone call coverage 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month

Nursing home responsibility shared with physicians

Current services on hospital site include Cardiac Rehab, Chemotherapy and Diabetic Services, ER imaging services with ultrasound and 128-slice CT, PAX system, ER telemetry, IV Infusion, Lab, OT, Speech & Language Rehab / Therapy, and a dietitian on staff. ER is a level 4.

Outreach services provided at the hospital include : Allergy asthma / immunology, cardiology, ENT, general surgery, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, ortho, podiatry, urology and venous disease laser treatment.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
