Position : Full-Time Nocturnist

The Role :

• Shifts : Work a manageable schedule with shifts ranging from 3 to 10 days in a row (because we all know consistency is key, but flexibility is your secret weapon).
• Team : You ll be supported by up to 5 providers per shift, so you re never flying solo.
• Responsibilities : Admissions, Rapid Response Team (RRT) calls, and codes. Don t worry our support staff is so good, it ll feel like you ve got a whole crew of superheroes behind you.
• Procedures : Optional (but if you re into that, we won t stop you).
• Workload : Balanced. No burnout here. Just solid care and solid colleagues.
• Compensation : Competitive base salary starting at $270K for those with 0-2 years of experience. Plus, increases based on experience because we know your value.
• Benefits : Vacation, sick days, CME yes, we actually mean it when we say we take care of our own.
Requirements :
• MD or DO
• Valid NYS Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (your qualifications are what we re looking for, but a good sense of humor wouldn t hurt).
• Visa sponsorship is not available (we know, we know).
