Our Greensboro, NC plant is seeking a driven Electrical Engineer to support facility and equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As an Electrical Engineer , you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our production systems. You'll work hands-on with electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal efficiency. This position offers opportunities to lead preventive maintenance efforts, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with plant machinery and systems including electrical, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic components

Perform both minor and major repairs on production and facility equipment

Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled

Use electrical test equipment, meters, and scopes to identify problems and implement solutions

Support inventory control of parts and tools

Assist in training electricians and mechanics

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment aligned with 5S and safety standards

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and the companys Quality Policy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment

Strong skills in reading technical manuals, schematics, and operating procedures

Proficient in using meters, scopes, and other diagnostic tools

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
