A company is looking for a Helpdesk Manager (ECWM).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee comprehensive helpdesk operations supporting the Electronic Contract Writing Module (ECWM) and related DoD contracting systems
Manage Tier I and Tier II helpdesk operations, system monitoring, incident response coordination, and performance management
Ensure high service level standards and continuous improvement initiatives for technical support services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Five (5) years of relevant experience in technical support, helpdesk operations, or IT service management
Strong experience in computer hardware and software systems with a solid understanding of system architecture and troubleshooting methodologies
Proven experience managing helpdesk operations including team supervision and process improvement
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator)
