Pay breakdown :

• Hourly rate - $76.00 [$41.39 taxable | $34.61 non-taxable]
• OT rate - $114.00
• Weekly Gross - $2,736.00 [$1,490.00 taxable | $1,246.00 stipend]

The RN Supervisor (ER / ED) oversees the daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff efficiency, and adherence to hospital policies. This role combines advanced clinical expertise with strong leadership to support and guide the ER nursing team during high-acuity situations.
