Lead, coordinate, and manage the CNC Machine Tools Field Service Team within assigned USA, Canada & Mexico to ensure all customers receive Best-In-Class service and support while managing P&L. Responsibilities :

• Monitor performance and success of current Field Service Program.
• Develop and implement Improvement Plans with area colleagues.
• Manage overall financial expenses using key financial and operational data to monitor performance and improve cost efficiencies.
• Lead the recruiting, hiring, and training of new staff.
• Conduct frequent travel along with teams to provide coaching and improve day to day operations within their area.
• Utilize Technical Service Team to ensure all Field Service Personal are trained on all technical aspects of company products.
• Implement effective procedures for safety, mechanical, and electrical processes.
• Ensure routine collection and reporting of all field service information within service database.
• Plan and coordinate appropriate Engineering Change Notifications.
• Support development and testing of new devices, components and procedures designed to improve the operation, reliability or convenience of all systems.
