About the Role

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to help drive the most critical initiatives within the Agent Product organization. You'll work directly with the VP of Agent Product and cross-functional leaders to design and execute high-impact projects that unlock growth, efficiency, and scalability across the business.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a builder-operator who thrives in ambiguity, loves turning ideas into action, and wants a front-row seat to the inner workings of a fast-growing AI company.

What You'll Do

Lead strategic and operational projects across product, go-to-market, and customer success.

Stand up new programs and systems from scratch to set vision, design processes, and execute at speed.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Deep dive into product and business data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Continuously adapt priorities based on evolving company goals and market conditions.

What We're Looking For

5 to 8 years of experience in program management, strategy, and operations, or business operations , ideally in B2B SaaS or consulting.

Proven ability to take a function or program from concept to operational excellence.

Experience at a growth-stage tech startup (post-Series A) or top consulting firm (for example, MBB) .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a builder's mindset .

Collaborative and able to influence without authority across diverse teams.

Undergraduate degree from a top university; an advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is a plus.

Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week in San Francisco.

Bonus Points

Familiarity with conversational AI tools or AI agent deployment .

Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams.

A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
