Job Title : Property Management Associate
Location (Local Travel Required) :
- Reno, NV
- Primary work location : (Downtown Reno)
- Split : ~50% Museum Tower, 50% Downtown, ~10% visiting properties (within 30 minutes)
Work Schedule :
Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PMAssignment Details :
Duration : Through 12 / 31 (possibility for extension)Potential to Convert to Full-Time : Yes, with a conversion salary of $64KTeam Structure :
Team size : 3Collaborative, office-based team environmentTypical Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Onsite support and building access managementHeavy administrative duties (invoice coding, documentation)Drafting noticesRegular site checks at properties in Reno and Sparks (mileage is reimbursable)Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and manage regional administrative and financial functionsAct as liaison between field management, client accounting, and leadershipOversee preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial documentsCode / process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivableMonitor and evaluate business metrics (AR, income, expenses, etc.)Assist in internal compliance reviews and follow-up actionsProvide customer service support for internal / external inquiriesApply established procedures to routine and moderately complex issuesLead by example and support team collaboration and quality outputRequired Qualifications :
2–5 years of relevant property management or administrative experienceBachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skillsWillingness to learn and adaptExperience drafting professional noticesValid driver's license (for local property visits)Preferred Skills :
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with property management software (MRI, Yardi, etc.)Familiarity with Adobe
