Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Training Supervisor to join our team! In this role you will get to train and lead a team of Operators.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Developing a customized training plan and schedule.
• Training, developing, and mentoring operators and supervisors.
• Creating training materials, delivering training materials to all operations staff and managers, conducting in-service coaching and schedule testing and recertification of all TMC operators.
• Providing one-on-one mentoring for newly hired staff.
• Periodically reviewing the training materials and courses to ensure reflection of any changes in technology and procedures.
• Maintaining TMC operator qualification records.
• Maintaining and updating the training syllabus.
• Assisting the TMC operations manager in developing and maintaining, and updating TMC SOPs and SLA.
