Shift Hours : 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Range : $17 - $19 per hour

The Dixon Group is looking for an Assembler to join our team in Chestertown, MD! We're looking for a reliable individual with a positive attitude and a strong mechanical aptitude to help us build top-quality products. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the quality and timely assembly of various components, utilizing small hand tools and / or production machinery. While one year of previous manufacturing experience is preferred, it is not required-we are willing to train candidates who are eager to learn and committed to doing precise work. What You'll Do :

• Assemble high-quality mechanical components with care and precision.
• Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in every step of the production process.
• Use computer systems to record production data and track progress.
• Keep a strong focus on efficiency, product quality, and accuracy to help deliver the best to our customers.
