Job Description
Now Hiring : Surgical Tech (CST) – Green Bay, WI
Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Operating Room team. This role involves assisting with surgical procedures across multiple specialties, maintaining sterile environments, and supporting patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
📍 Location : Green Bay, WI
🏥 Facility : Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU, Stroke Center
🕒 Shift : No call | May work holidays | No weekends
💼 Experience Required : Minimum 2 years (first-time travelers reviewed case by case)
Key Responsibilities :
- Scrub and assist in surgical cases across specialties (General, Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, Plastics, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, Minor Vascular).
- Support sterile processing, instrumentation, and OR readiness.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures.
