    • Responsibilities Scheduling & Dispatching :

  • Coordinate technicians' schedules to ensure timely service and maximum efficiency.

    • Client Support :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients requiring service, troubleshooting issues remotely when possible.

    • Billing & Collections :

  • Manage service department invoicing, billing, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.

    • Technical Troubleshooting :

  • Assist with diagnosing and resolving issues related to Control4, networking, video switching, audio distribution, and home automation to ensure seamless system performance.

    • Workflow Optimization :

  • Assist in developing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    • Inventory Coordination :

  • Work with the warehouse team to ensure that all necessary equipment is available for upcoming jobs.

    • Quality Control :

  • Monitor service performance and client feedback to maintain high standards of service delivery.

    • Qualifications Industry Experience :

  • Background in AV, security, automation, or technology integration.

    • Strong Organization & Attention to Detail :

  • Ability to manage multiple service requests and technician schedules with precision.

    • Excellent Communication Skills :

  • Comfortable working with clients and technicians to ensure seamless service coordination.
