Key Responsibilities
Provide support to clients transitioning to MeevoPay and troubleshoot related inquiries
Manage client inquiries and issues through phone, email, or ticketing systems using Salesforce
Document solutions and ensure timely follow-up to resolve client inquiries
Required Qualifications
BS / BA degree preferred
Previous experience in electronic payment processing customer support
Experience providing remote support via phone
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
Ability to handle complex customer scenarios professionally
