A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I - Bilingual - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services and their caregivers
Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of company systems and procedures for handling sensitive information
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
One year of experience in customer support activities, preferably in a call center
High school graduate or equivalent education
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, email, and internet
Experience with CRM systems and / or Medicaid services is a plus
