7p-7a, 36 hours -3x12s, every other weekend, every other holiday, no call requirement.\n\nMust have experience attending deliveries. Candidate to float to post partum when needed.\n\nJob Summary\nThe Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care appropriate to neonates during high-risk deliveries and in a Level-2 nursery. Nursing care is provided in accordance with the stated philosophy and standards established by the Nursing Service Department, regulatory agencies and professional organizations. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the safety of nursing care they deliver or supervise.\nThe Registered Nurse is responsible to the patient and the family or significant others for the quality of direct and indirect nursing care delivered. Line responsibility to the Director, Obstetrical Nursing or designee.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience : 2 years\nPrevious experience in special care nursing of newborns preferred.\n\nLicensure and / or Certification : \nCurrently licensed to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required.\nBLS Healthcare Provider required\nNRP required
