Job title : Selections Specialist

Location : On-site in Wadsworth, OH

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Salary : $37,440 to $45,760 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities (Selections Specialist) :

Facilitate client selections for materials, finishes, and fixtures before project commencement

Meet with clients in-office, at their homes, and at showrooms as needed

• Develop and refine selection procedures to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

Provide guidance and recommendations to clients based on their style preferences and functional needs

Maintain a deep understanding of project budgets and ensure selections align with financial constraints

Monitor product availability and lead times to avoid project delays

Coordinate and communicate effectively between sales and production teams

Qualifications (Selections Specialist) :

Experience in interior design, construction, or related fields

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is a plus

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Strong understanding of project budgeting and construction timelines

Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
