Position : Staff Accountant

Location : Arlington, VA

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Staff Accountant Responsibilities :

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with accuracy and timeliness

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare journal entries and financial reports

Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues

Utilize accounting software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365

Staff Accountant Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Minimum of 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
