LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Support Manager for a confidential client. This leadership role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in legal operations, team management, and administrative support within a law firm or corporate legal department.
The Legal Support Manager will oversee a team of legal assistants and administrative professionals, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality support services, and compliance with firm policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of driving process improvements while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and mentor a team of legal support staff, including legal assistants and administrative professionals
Develop and implement best practices for workflow efficiency, document management, and client service
Coordinate staffing, training, and performance evaluations for support personnel
Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to align support services with firm goals and client needs
Monitor compliance with internal policies, legal procedures, and confidentiality standards
Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption to enhance productivity
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal support or operations management
Proven leadership and team management skills within a legal environment
Strong understanding of legal administrative processes, document handling, and case management systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
Preferred Experience :
Experience in a mid-to-large law firm or corporate legal department
Familiarity with legal billing systems and workflow automation tools
Background in litigation, corporate law, or other high-volume practice areas
Benefits :
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and / or individual performance.
Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
