  • Job Overview :

    A Performance Manager will be responsible for partnering with and supporting account managers in the overall marketing services. A Performance Manager fosters positive growth and retention of our partners while acting as an advocate and key player for partner success while resolving issues and escalations pertaining to the account's growth.

    Essential Functions :

  • Provide detailed campaign performance analysis and recommendations to iFrog partners via available platforms and applications.
  • Document and report findings of internal audits conducted on partners' websites, social media, and paid advertising deliverables to the appropriate parties.
  • Proactively work to develop an exceptional understanding of the partner's business models in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Act as a partner advocate and be held accountable along with the Account Manager for partner success.
  • Foster revenue growth by supporting the accounts team in account retention and renewal.
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure partner satisfaction growth.
  • Maintain a cadence of communication with partners via account managers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper partner engagement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Accounts, Billing, and other teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and address any customer issues.
  • If local - The ability to work on a hybrid 3+2 office / work-from-home model (5 days at the office for the initial 90 days).
  • All other duties as assigned by iFrog Leadership.
  • Additional Responsibilities :

  • Work with account managers to take part in interdepartmental collaboration to resolve partner issues.
  • Monitor industry statistics and follow trends established by industry leaders.
  • Develop and share best practices with Performance Department members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
  • Required Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years marketing agency experience.
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to create and execute well-thought-out marketing plans.
  • Ability to review, synthesize, and provide actionable insights on marketing performance.
  • Working knowledge of marketing strategies, metrics, analyses, and interpretations.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and / or Google Ads and / or other ad platforms
  • Recent Google Analytics certification(s).
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Preferred Education & Experience :

  • Experience in project management.
  • Working knowledge of dealer specific CRM and / or DMS
  • The pay range for this role is :

    60,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Central & East Coast (Excludes NY))
