We're looking for a dynamic leader to oversee Youth Services for children and teens (birth–18) in a diverse community! You'll supervise staff, create engaging programs, shape collections, and build strong community partnerships, all while inspiring the next generation of readers and learners.
As the department manager, you will lead the library's efforts to inform, connect, engage, and empower children, teens, and their families. You will oversee the daily operations of Youth Services, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring welcoming, vibrant spaces for our youth patrons. You will use your creativity to produce innovative programs that promote literacy, learning, and community connection while collaborating with other departments on library-wide initiatives.
From building strong community partnerships to shaping dynamic youth collections and programming, the Youth Services Manager plays a key role in advancing the library's mission and serving as a visible advocate for youth and families across the community.

Qualifications :
Master's of Library and Information Science degree from an ALA-accredited school; LC3 or higher Certification; at least 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience preferred; 1 – 2 years supervisory experience preferred; valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
Salary (Exempt) : $57,782.40 - $65,010.40 / annually, with an excellent benefit package
Schedule : 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts
