HRIS Business Systems Analyst

As a HRIS Business Systems Analyst, Consulting Manager you will make an impact by bridging Talent Acquisition and IT, driving the adoption and optimization of technology solutions that power our recruiting and HR processes. You will be a valued member of the Talent Acquisition Technology team and work collaboratively with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders. In this role, you will :

Business requirements and analysis :

• Partner with Recruiting teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and system changes.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed requirements.
• Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions to address business needs and enhance overall efficiency.

System implementation and maintenance :

Data management and reporting :

Technical support and training :

Salary and Other Compensation : Applicants will be accepted until October 17th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $129,500 depending on experience and other qualification of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
