As a Remote Research Administrator at AMG & Associates, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our research initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your coordination of research activities, management of project timelines, and assistance to our team of researchers will be instrumental in delivering high-quality results. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about research.

Key Responsibilities :

1- Coordinate and manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

2- Assist in the preparation of research proposals, including literature reviews, data collection, and analysis methodologies.

3- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and databases, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

4- Provide administrative support to research teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating communication.

5- Liaise with external stakeholders, including funding agencies, academic institutions, and partners, to foster collaboration and support.

6- Monitor project budgets and assist in financial reporting, ensuring adherence to funding guidelines.

7- Stay informed on industry trends, research methodologies, and regulatory requirements to support the team effectively.

Qualifications :

1- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Research Administration, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or similar).

2- Previous experience in research administration, project management, or a related role is highly desirable.

3- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5- Proficient in using project management software and research databases; familiarity with Qualtrics, REDCap, or similar platforms is a plus.

6- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

7- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
