Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location : Kent, WA
Pay : $85 - 87 / hr
Schedule : Flexible, part-time or full-time options available
Duration : ASAP - 06 / 17 / 2026 (possible extension)
Overview : Seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Kent, WA. This role offers part-time or full-time scheduling options. Unlike typical BCBA positions, you will not be responsible for conducting FBAs or writing BIPs. Instead, this position emphasizes overseeing the RBTs, supporting teachers, training, modeling, creating visual supports, and overseeing data systems. You’ll work closely with school staff, including teachers, SLPs, OTs, principals, and district BCBAs, while also participating in IEP meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training, modeling, and guidance to behavior technicians
Support teachers with the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Create and oversee data collection systems and visual supports
Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams based on student needs
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as part of the student support team
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification required
Previous school-based experience is highly preferred but not required
Ability to work closely with Behavior technicians
