Shift : Monday – Friday; Hours vary by location (6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM, etc.)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse II (LPN II) to join our healthcare team. The LPN II provides direct and indirect nursing care to an assigned group of patients based on physician orders and established Nursing Care Plans. This role works closely with Registered Nurses to coordinate patient care, perform nursing procedures, collect and document patient data, and ensure quality standards are met.
