Global Access Specialist

Global Access Specialist will work directly with Revenue Management Sales Teams to facilitate charter requests on the Flexjet fleet. These requests come from our sister brands - FX-Air & Sentient, as well as various third-party wholesale providers. The Global Access Specialist is responsible for building these requests and then servicing them through their lifecycle while maintaining an extremely fanatical approach. The Global Access Specialist acts as a direct contact for third party vendors and is ultimately responsible for ensuring a flawless experience throughout the process.
The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to anticipate and resolve issues, proactively communicate updates, and maintain complete oversight of each trip. Success in this role demands exceptional diligence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and action on a high volume of incoming requests, via email / phone, from FX-Air, Sentient, & third-party wholesale vendors.
- Schedule travel and other accommodations based on individual needs.
- Proactively communicate any changes, delays, or potential disservice concerns.
- Work closely with operations / internal departments to resolve conflicts and serve as an advocate when appropriate.
- Generate customer facing itineraries to confirm accuracy.
- Gather remaining trip details via telephone and email from end user (FX-Air, Sentient or Wholesale broker).
- Receive, research and then answer questions regarding upcoming trips. There will be a need to expand knowledge of airports, aircraft, and general procedures of Flexjet.
- As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a fanatical attention to detail while handling complex domestic and international trips, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless execution.
- Identify additional TSA and / or Flexjet documentation needed to facilitate requests.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requested.
Required Skills
Required to demonstrate knowledge of Flexjet's products.Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations regarding Part 91, 135, or 121 airline operations is preferred.Strong interpersonal, verbal / written and problem resolution skills are necessary to perform job at expected level.Has strong diligence and ability to finish any given task to completion - take ownership.Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs.Candidates should work well in a fast-paced, team environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.Excellent oral / written communication and problem resolution skills are required.Successful candidates will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking various real time situations in a fast-paced environment.Education & Experience
Associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school; 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation / logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience if preferred.Schedule
