WRA is seeking a qualified CPM Construction Scheduler with expertise working in Primavera P6 and familiar with various construction types including transportation (highways, bridges, and transit) water-wastewater facilities, underground utilities and building infrastructure (new / rehabilitation / renovations).
Requirements :
- High School diploma or State Equivalency Certificate is required – bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management, preferred
- Minimum ten (10) years of specific construction management and / or construction inspection experience on assorted construction project types
- At least three (3) years equivalent of full-time CPM construction schedule development and / or review
- Licenses & Certifications – Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Professional Engineer (PE), preferred
- Training – Must be proficient in the use of Primavera P6 scheduling software including :
Preliminary Construction Schedule Development during Design Phase
Development of Detailed Construction Phase SchedulesDevelopment of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for Major Work ActivitiesICPM Development & ReviewMonthly Schedule Updates and Written Narrative ReportsForensic Schedule Analysis for Claims SupportTime Impact Analysis (TIAs)Good Communication SkillsReport writing skills required for producing schedule review reportsMust be able to deliver oral presentations related to scheduling interpretations and / or dispute resolution negotiationsExcellent computer software skills required (Microsoft Word & Excel) for completing reports, spreadsheets and related project documentation or project controls utilizing eConstruction web-based, file share technologiesBenefits :
