We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong Validation experience to support our production operations on a six-month assignment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with equipment and process validation , particularly in molding and laser-based equipment , and a solid track record supporting manufacturing lines and troubleshooting issues on the floor
This position will play a key role in improving process yield, resolving equipment issues, and ensuring compliance through validation protocols . While validation expertise is highly desirable, strong manufacturing engineering skills are essential
Responsibilities
- Execute equipment and process validation activities (IQ / OQ / PQ), with focus on molding and laser systems
- Support manufacturing operations by providing on-floor technical troubleshooting and engineering support.
- Apply root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone) to improve process performance and reduce downtime.
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation , including protocols, reports, work instructions, and change controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Production) to ensure timely execution of validation and process improvements.
- Monitor and optimize process yield, scrap reduction, and equipment reliability indicators.
- Ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance in all validation and manufacturing activities.
Qualifications
