Fund Formation Attorney

A company is looking for a Fund Formation Attorney (Remote in U.S.).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and assist with the formation of investment vehicles, including structuring and documentation

Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations for private investment funds

Support investor onboarding and address legal inquiries related to investment documentation

Required Qualifications

At least 6 years of fund formation experience, in-house or at a law firm

Strong understanding of the asset management industry and securities laws

Willingness to be hands-on and proactive in offering solutions

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience with technology and data is preferred
