Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading Real Estate owner to hire a Lead Maintenance Technician in Tampa.

Your new role

The job duties of the Lead Maintenance Technician will include, among

  • Oversight of all maintenance activities at the site, including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and other general maintenance activities
  • Troubleshoot fixes via facility walkthroughs
  • Maintain records of facility equipment, work with vendors
  • Respond to tenant requests and provide updates

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the

  • About 3 years or more of maintenance experience
  • Ability to work with mechanical, electrical and plumbing
  • A valid drivers license and ability to communicate well is needed
  • Industry trade licenses in HVAC and electrical plumbing are a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Overtime pay provided.
