job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree Active pharmacist license in good standing in Illinois and at least one additional U.S. state. Must reside and be authorized to work in a U.S. state. Completion of an accredited residency program (PGY-1 or PGY-2) 2+ years experience working directly with patients and healthcare providers.. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound judgments. Possess strong verbal, listening and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with databases and reporting tools. In-depth knowledge of drug administration and disease state management. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, direct patient care. Comfortable working in a remote environment and willing to travel as needed. Multi-state pharmacist licensure Experience working in digital health with virtual care platforms. Board Certification in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy (BCACP) or equivalent certification. $50-$70 per hour based on candidate experience and fit for position Remote position Unlimited time off
