The Licensed Therapist role in the Behavioral Health department involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients with behavioral health issues, focusing on anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and related conditions. Candidates should have a Master's degree and current Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC, or Ph.D.), with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in residential settings. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, participating in multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring documentation compliance.
Skills in DBT, EMDR, CBT, MI, and trauma are highly desirable. The position requires strong communication, ethics, confidentiality, and knowledge of best practices. Full-time with a salary range of $63,232–$76,150 annually, it involves in-person work and participation in clinical rotations and staff education.
