A Kubernetes Container Administrator with OpenShift is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of containerized applications and platforms built on Kubernetes, specifically leveraging the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. This role combines deep knowledge of Kubernetes with expertise in OpenShift's features and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities :

OpenShift and Kubernetes Cluster Management :

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and underlying Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This includes upgrades, scaling, and backup strategies.

Containerization and Orchestration :

Manage container lifecycles, including image building, deployment, and orchestration using Docker / Podman and Kubernetes.

CI / CD Pipeline Integration :

Develop, maintain, and integrate CI / CD pipelines to automate application builds, testing, and deployments within the OpenShift environment.
