Maintenance Manager (Management)

Oversees the set-up, operation, and maintenance of various production, packaging, and sanitation equipment.

Trains employees on all equipment through on-the-job training (OTB).

Troubleshoots and trains employees in troubleshooting processes.

Ensures procedures are implemented and logged accordingly.

Ensures state, federal, and environmental compliance.

Responsible for maintenance scheduling and recording.

Responsible for machine / equipment adjustments and repairs, including metal detectors, product scales, packaging machines, cartoners, and x-ray’s.

Maintains communication with Quality Systems Director and Plant Manager.

Maximizes optimal machine and equipment efficiency by ensuring limited downtime.
