As a Security Officer - Commercial Front Desk in Chicago, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while helping to deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities will include managing access control, verifying badges, and delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, providing clear communication and supporting a positive experience for everyone entering the building. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
