Position Overview :

The Runner is responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of service in the dining room, overseeing expo stations, and delivering food and beverages to guests. This role plays a vital part in creating memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and works well in a team.

General Requirements :

• Assemble a variety of dishes and beverages accurately and with presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain the expo area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock.
• Break down and clean the expo area nightly, following sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff for seamless order delivery.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with additional tasks, including table bussing and restocking supplies.
• Maintain a professional appearance as per the restaurant's dress code.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
