Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting

Serve as the primary financial partner to business unit leaders and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives

Prepare board packages and investor updates, supporting fundraising activities and financial performance insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Minimum 2 years in high growth technology companies, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS

Expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software preferred

Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting principles, and healthcare economics preferred
