$42,800 yearly Responsibilities :

• Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies
• Collect and verify necessary financial documentation, such as credit reports, to complete mortgage loan applications and determine creditworthiness
• Serve as a liaison between borrowers, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to support loan approval
• Put together loan packages and submit to lender underwriting for approval or denial

Qualifications :

Able to work efficiently and independently with Calyx, Floify, Microsoft Word and Excel software

Must possess a strong work ethic, and positive attitude emphasising client satisfaction and be willing to work well with and share knowledge with other staff when needed. About Company
