The estimated base salary range for this role is "$125,000 to $145,000" per year. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors.

As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership for the effective management and coordination of one Value Stream at an AWI Plant. You will also be responsible for providing leadership to drive the Value Stream's efforts towards attainment of the plant's key initiatives in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer satisfaction, and the development of people.
