Position Overview : The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in managing civil litigation cases for plaintiffs, handling all stages from initial consultation through to settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in personal injury and property damage litigation. This is an in-office position only.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Represent clients during pre-trial proceedings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare necessary legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop winning case strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on changes and developments in personal injury law.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and managing expectations.
• Participate in business development efforts to enhance client and industry relationships.
