A company is looking for a Supervisor - Benefits Verification - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise staff in the Benefits Verification Department and ensure patient benefits are verified according to company guidelines

Analyze call / performance statistics and daily workflow to meet production and quality goals

Evaluate team progress, coach staff, and participate in hiring and departmental projects

Required Qualifications

1+ years of supervisory experience in a related environment

High School Diploma or GED required

Specialty pharmacy experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or Healthcare related field preferred
