Manager of Strategic Finance

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance to join their strategic finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive analysis of target companies for M&A, assessing financial performance, industry dynamics, and strategic fit

Drive the development of the annual plan, quarterly forecast, and close process

Improve reporting frameworks, tools, and processes for timely and accurate financial guidance

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or a related strategic finance role

Proven ability to build robust financial models and perform complex quantitative analyses

Able to communicate complex financial topics clearly to various audiences

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy in financial data handling
