Description :

We are seeking an experienced Field Construction Representative to provide oversight for the construction of Rawland tower sites up to 350ft . This role is responsible for monitoring all phases of site development, tower erection, electrical installation, and compound buildout to ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. This position does not involve any physical tower work or labor but requires strong field presence and management of subcontractors and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Construction Oversight :

• Provide on-site field representation for all construction activities related to new Rawland tower builds.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work is completed according to approved construction drawings, project specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate daily with construction crews, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
